Delete your account
You can delete your CenterScreen account and its data at any time, in the app or by email.
In the app (immediate)
Open the CenterScreen iPhone or Android app, go to Account and choose Delete account. Your account is deleted right away.
By email
If you can’t use the app, email us from the address you sign in with. We delete verified requests within 30 days and reply when it’s done.
Or write to privacy@centerscreen.app. If you signed in with Apple and chose Hide My Email, include that relay address (your iPhone shows it in Settings under Sign in with Apple). We may ask you to confirm the request from that address before deleting anything.
What is deleted
Your profile, sign-in sessions, paired phones and screens, saved YouTube connections, cached YouTube results, watch-time usage and saved screen state. An active subscription is cancelled immediately; past payments are not refunded.
Billing and financial records (Stripe payment, subscription and customer identifiers, amounts and statuses) are kept indefinitely for accounting, tax, legal and dispute purposes, separately from your deleted profile and without your name, email or devices. See the Privacy Policy.
Other privacy choices
CenterScreen does not track you across apps or websites or sell your information, and keeps no history of the videos you watch beyond the last two on each paired screen, used for Continue watching and erased when you remove that screen. In the app you can also disconnect YouTube, remove a paired screen or sign out at any time.
